Chlozolinate was not included as an active ingredient in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. The authorisations for plant protection products containing chlozolinate had to be withdrawn within a period of 6 months from the date of adoption of the Commission Decision 2000/626/EC (13/10/2000). From that date, no authorisations for plant protection products containing chlozolinate could be granted or renewed.
